For Piedmont Lithium's Carolina Lithium community website, supporting their project in Gaston County, NC, I led the site’s design and development to achieve the goals of engaging and informing the local community. The project involved website design that balanced a welcoming, community-focused aesthetic with an organized, easy-to-navigate structure. Built on WordPress, the site was developed for flexibility, allowing Piedmont Lithium to easily update content and resources. Website management included regular maintenance, security updates, and content refreshes, while communications support involved coordinating with Piedmont Lithium to ensure accurate and timely project information was available to the community. Additionally, I prioritized website accessibility by implementing best practices to make the site inclusive and compliant with accessibility standards. The resulting website serves as a trusted resource for local stakeholders, providing transparency and facilitating communication around the Carolina Lithium project.
