Goals: 1) Rapidly grow OMB’s presence and increase followers on the social media platforms that our customers most often engaged with: Instagram and Facebook. 2) Begin leveraging OMB’s Social Media presence to replace a decreasing ROI from traditional advertising (radio, print, billboards,) while increasing awareness of brand values, visitor experience, events, and beer releases.
Strategy: Showcase OMB’s quality products and unique visitor experience by consistently sharing high quality content oriented around good photography, playful & educational messaging, and communication of brand values with the intent of connecting with target audiences on each platform. Use analytics and feedback to consistently adapt to trends and stay agile with content creation.
Strategy execution included Analytics, Copywriting, Drone & Event Photography, Employee Highlights, Beer Photography, Food Photography, Graphic Design, Animation, and Video.
Results: Growth of OMB social media accounts by tens of thousands of followers on Instagram & Facebook. High ROI as Social Media advertising replaced all traditional advertising. Event attendance and revenue increased YOY. Achieved largest Facebook following of all North Carolina breweries at the time.
